Jesse Glick resolved JENKINS-26809 as Not A Defect Mailer fails with NoClassDefFoundError Jenkins/plugins/mailer/tasks/MimeMessageBuilder You must update the Mailer plugin to 1.15. Not sure how you could possibly be running 1.11, since you say you are running Workflow 1.2, which (in Basic Steps) depends on 1.13+. Plugin Manager ought to have forced you to upgrade.
