I suppose that https://github.com/jenkinsci/perforce-plugin/pull/56 is responsible for the issue.
My rework in https://github.com/jenkinsci/perforce-plugin/commit/084f68e6121e231e58d91d8b32253d0cfea9463d injects the exception propagation only.
