Not sure In understand your examples in the second point - are you saying I need to add the maven-hpi-plugin in the build/plugin section of the integrity-plugin's pom.xml? Yes. To clarify, it's not really adding the plugin, as you get it from your plugin's parent pom anyway – otherwise, you wouldn't bundle as HPI/JPI – you just configure it.
