Daniel Beck commented on JENKINS-26770 version 1.29 of the plugin does not work! Obviously, that plugin cannot compare old data of Integrity SCM to the new data. Makes no sense, it stores the config.xml files and shows an XML diff. Doesn't care about anything else. Re the apply error, this looks like an old version of Jenkins (~1.550 or earlier). Before reporting a bug, make sure you're on a recent version of Jenkins. Please also read https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/How+to+report+an+issue
