Description:

When installing copyartifact 1.34 into Jenkins 1.580.1, the update center notices "matrix-project plugin is already installed. Jenkins needs to be restarted for the update to take effect"
Copyartifact 1.34 depends on matrix-project 1.4, but the bundled version of Jenkins 1.580.1 is 1.3.
There's no special reason for copyartifact to depends on the latest matrix-project.
