Description:

We configured "HipChat Notifications" in a promote. The promote log shows the successful action execution
>Promoting TEST-instance-promote_notification #25
>build jenkins.plugins.hipchat.HipChatNotifier@345bcfe5 SUCCESS
>Finished: SUCCESS
but no message has been sent. Jenkins log (catalina.out) does not show a Posting output or error.
"HipChat Notifications" as regular post build action in the same job work properly.
