What I did:
Our previous version of the plugin on production Jenkins was 1.28.
I have deleted all PTC Integrity entries in configs for all build jobs (near hundred of them), saved all configs, restarted Jenkins (just in case), installed PTC plugin version 1.31 (the official version), restarted Jenkins, updated configs for all jobs with required PTC Integrity information, saved them, restarted Jenkins (just in case); started rebuilding entire tree of the build jobs - errors appeared.
I have decreased decrease quantity of executors to one, and this helped.

Questions:
1. You have mentioned before turning loose polling. What is loose polling and where I should turn it on/off?
2. new cache entries - should I restart entire computer for clean up cache?
3. I don't understand that errors:

  • Syntax error: Encountered "WHERE" ...
  • java.lang.NullPointerException
  • java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: Table/View 'SCM_42320538_D24A_465E_A61D_4D1D6E1E3E8C' does not exist.

4. Another interesting thing: our PTC communication is slow, and it looks like when multiple jobs pulling data from server, the errors happened about instantly.
