This is somewhat related to https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-27076.
Summary: Console logs from threaded executions get intermingled and it is hard to identify what came from where.
If there can be a way to isolate console output from multiple workspaces, it will make things far easier to read.
