I was trying to update two parameters in slave node configuration, They were "# of executors" and "Node Offline Email Notification", which resulted in above error while saving the slave node configuration. I tried updating one parameter at a time, i.e. first "# of executors", save slave node configuration and then edit configuration and update "Node Offline Email Notification", it saved without above error. Now both the parameters are updated. I am still not sure if its bug which prevents multiple parameters update with the slave node configuration.
