Description:

svn-tag plugin does not encode spaces properly in the URL name.
Example:
Repository URL: http://example.com/svn/repo/project with space/trunk
/tags
I cannot find a way to get this plugin to correctly tag.
When I leave the spaces in there it fails.
When I change the spaces to %20, it encodes them to %2520.
I even used the repo[-2] and it fails.
I have successfully used this plugin on several other projects but they do not have spaces in the URL.
Workaround is to remove spaces from URL...
