You solve the problem - for some reason I didn't have this file.
I've copy it from another installation I have and not it is working.
I've done some manual copy of plugins, so it's probably something there went wrong.
But I did uninstall and install Gradle plugin.
I'll be happy to try and provide any information to try and repro the problem.
