Investigate whether it's possible with the Google Play API to change the release track of an APK (or a group of associated APKs).
i.e. if you used this plugin to upload an APK to beta testers, there should be a build step to later (e.g. after a build promotion) to promote that APK (or multiple APK set) to production, possibly with a staged rollout.
