Description:

In v1.21 when the Job B is triggered as part of Job A success. Job A pass down the file parameter as part of downstream trigger.
if Job B failed, when user click on rebuild last, all parameters are display and the job can be rebuild with no problem.
Upgrade to v1.22, the function change, when i click on rebuild last, only the parameter on Job B is display but not what it in the previous build
