Today the OpenShift domain for a job is configured as part as the job. However if you change the openshift account on the plugin configuration side you also have to go in and change the domain in each job. It would be good if one could specify a default domain in the plugin configuration and then leave the domain empty in the job configuration (falling back to default domain).
Please note, it should still be possible to set a domain for a particular job, just not required.
