I can confirm this as well (Jenkins 1.598, Coverity PI 1.50). If I use custom components, the defects submitted are not fetched as they do not match the filters ("No defects matched all filters."). However, I have all components checked on the job configuration page, so this shouldn't be a problem. If I remove the components, and reset the stream in Coverity to "Default", then the job will retrieve the defects correctly.
Note that my issue only is retrieving already submitted defects, not the actual submission of the defects. However, because this is broken, the chart will not display, nor will the other integration pieces work correctly (links).
