Does the same issue occur with a copy of the affected job that has no builds?
Could you provide a sample config.xml for an affected job, if it happens without builds?
If builds are needed to trigger this issue, could you try to search for the build that fails by accessing the builds' individual API pages, and once found, provide the build.xml?
