I tried upgrading the Mercurial plugin, we had had some issues with 1.51 before, so we had held back updating to it from 1.50. Some of the jobs are now triggering consistently after the upgrade to 1.52. After manually triggering the other jobs, they seem to be executing as they should.
Could be there was some kind of incompatibility between the 1.50 plugin and one of the other plugins (I'm guessing that it was not compatible with one of the plugins, since the downgrade to 1.602 didn't help).
