I want to inform SCM committer(s), if a build has run.
I would highly appreciate an option similar to option "Notify SCM committers" (description "Whether to send notifications to the users that are suspected of having broken this build").
If this new option would be activated, SCM commiter(s) would be informed in any case of "Notification Strategy", not only when breaking a build.
