Using Extrem Feedback Panel (1.2.2 or 1.2.3) and jenkins.war 1.606 the background in the browser is transparent (see screenshot). I would expect that there is no transparent background, no menu entries visible, ...
This is independent of the browser I used for testing.
Using jenkins.war version 1.596 I don't have this issue and the screen looks OK.
