For other plugins that interact with Docker Hub (including Docker Hub Enterprise), this plugin should provide the credentials implementations.
To support multiple endpoints, the credential should also specify the API endpoint.
This way a Jenkins administrator only needs to configure a credential once, then use it across all sorts of docker related plugins.
