Description:

Add a global configuration to the Mercurial SCM section which accepts a regex.
This regex will be applied to each new changeset commit message. If the changeset matches, the existing 'hg status' check will be performed between the prior revision and the matching one. If the changeset does not match, the next changeset (if there is one) will be checked.
