Description:

I'd like to have some jobs triggered when pull requests are opened/closed and when new branches are created/deleted.
Additionally, I'd also like to setup a push webhook, I know I could use the existing push trigger but this uses the github jenkins hook "app" which can only trigger one instance at a time and we have a testing/staging/production setup.
My guess is that the best way to do all of this would be to let the user select which events the job would react to by having a general webhook trigger.
