This is very unfortunate. I used the Build_id and build_number as a way to tie the build to the distribution folder. It was easy for people to find the build. If this was 'not fixed' a while ago then the documentation should have gone in already. I was trying to move over to Jenkins from Hudson but now I see it will be a lot more work than I was prepared to do.
