This makes absolutely no sense. Most plugins are really easy to build once you have a minimal Java/Maven environment, so you can just deploy your own custom versions.
This request increases the complexity of view creation a lot for no real reason, and will just result in user confusion when a plugin changes enough for the custom UI to break.
