I'm not really sure what the root cause of this issue is. I do have some good news though! There is an official Veracode supported plugin for Jenkins. I don't think it's currently published in the Jenkins repository, but you can get the plugin details from here: https://analysiscenter.veracode.com/auth/helpCenter/api/c_using_jenkins.html
