Thanks for adding these files. I understand the reason for this bug now. In the first file there are actually all 7 warnings stored. Two of them have the same ID so only one gets shown in the UI. Seems that you are using a maven job type? I need to improve the key generation code for maven multi module jobs. In your example a race condition is the reason for the duplicate IDs...
