HistoryWidget and BuildHistoryWidget should be moved to a plugin to make changes like JENKINS-26445 more practical.
The compatibility impact is Job.createHistoryWidget and its helper in LazyBuildMixIn. As far as I know only AbstractProject and WorkflowJob refer to this, so I bet we can deal with that without much pain.
