I tried to reproduce this error with Jenkins 1.580.1, BFA 1.13.0 and the latest Mongodb (3.0.2) without success.
I can connect by testing the connection and can store failure causes without any issues.
Have you been able to connect to mongodb using any other versions before or is this the first time you try?
