Also, whether 1.611 is affected (there have been tar-related fixes). Also, other parts of userContent are correct? Does this only affect jobs that (presumably) wget (or equivalent) from userContent, or also downloads in the web browser? I suspect it's whatever gets transferred last. What do you mean?
