Actually this is other part of problem. I have 5+6 builds with 1.5.7 pipeline plugin version i have all history disappeared. When i have only 5 builds on disk - history appears. So bad builds killing lazyloading. In my particular case seems it was caused by https://github.com/jenkinsci/matrix-auth-plugin/pull/1 that throw IllegalArgumentException when user permissions disappeared.
