Currently github-plugin maintains PUSH event with "service" and all other plugins must implement own hook url and action. Some extension point
can

provide integrations features.
GithubRepositoryNameContributor works only with repository names. Probably this can be generalised to GithubRepositoryContributor that will have in it any contributor (name, events). Then other plugins can contribute and reuse contributed data.
