Hi, I am trying to start a Slave on a Windows 2008 R2 server via JNLP (not as a service so far). The JNLP script gets downloaded, started and then I see the slave window saying "Connecting to myserver:8085" (I tied JNLP to a fixed port). After trying and googling around for more than 3 hours I am totally clueless now.
Meanwhile I tried to install my workstation with Win7 64 bit as a slave and this worked like a charme in 2 minutes (also port 8085). Any help greatly appreciated... BR and thanks Dirk -- Never trust a short-haired guru
