I just upgraded to 1.452 and the CVS and Subversion plugins still show as needing to be updated and when I download, install and update them after restart, they still show up.
I know there was some work around for previous versions to fiddle with the .JPI files but my attempt to do that with 1.450 didn't work so I've been waiting to see if there is a fix on the way.
