Jenkins Users, I have several matrix jobs and had previously used the Matrix Tie Parent (https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Matrix+Tie+Parent +Plugin) to restrict where the builds can run. It does not seem to be working in the latest Jenkins (1.456). I am using the latest version of the plugin as well (1.1). It just seems to use any available slave.
I could really use some help in either getting the Matrix Tie Parent to work, or another way to restrict where a matrix build can run. We absolutely need this functionality for our build environment. I already commented on the plugin page https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Matrix+Tie+Parent+Plugin?focusedCommentId=60916083&#comment-60916083 and re-opened this issue (https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/ JENKINS-7683) because it seems like this should be built-in functionality anyway.
