No, I tried that. I can build it locally fine. Of course it can also not download those dependencies, but as they are just warnings, this doesn't hinder maven from building it. I also checked the content of my local maven repo and it is the same as on the Jenkins server. My only guess is that Jenkins is somehow more sensitive to such problems and stops compilation even on those warnings.
