We have used the Exclusion plugin (https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Exclusion-Plugin) without problems for some time. However, I've just noticed that some resources are listed (on the Exclusion control panel page) as being held, even though the jobs in question have finished. As a result, later jobs are being incorrectly held up, waiting for a resource to be released.
We recently upgraded Jenkins from 1.463 to 1.464, so that may be a factor. Has anyone else seen this behaviour?
