Some of the jobs on my Jenkins master take a very long time (~10 minutes) 
to show the "configure" page. Most jobs however load the configure page 
just fine. During the "loading" of the configure page, the master consumes 
100 % of the CPU resources on one CPU core.

I haven't been able to pinpoint anything special about the problematic jobs.

Is there some way to profile Jenkins, add logging, or any other way for me 
to understand what the problem with these jobs are?

(I'm on Windows running the master as a service.)
