There are several tokens which are available to you for the content, or you could use a Jelly template, or a groovy script/template to retrieve the information you want. There are examples of the groovy and Jelly templates on the wiki. They allow you to customize a lot of stuff about the email content and have full access to the Jenkins API's for getting a ton of details.
