No, on your web server. The provided URL should return a result in your browser... You need to replace the word myrepname with your repository name. But just look at your websvn configuration, this is actually independent of the jenkins instance. How do you view the results up to now in your browser? Jenkins just provides links to these results. Jenkins does not display the results...
