MKS Plugin (PTC PlugIn) with environment variables in Jenkins

Hi,
 
I am tying to download and build a build subporject eg. 
 
#d:/MKS_Data/Projects/customer-projects/cpj_xxxxxx_xxx_/SW/SW.pj#b=1.32 in 
Source-Code-Management configuratino in line Integrity - CM Integrity 
Project.
This works but if I use a paramterized build with an environment variable 
eg. 'REV_NUMBER' the value is not translated?
  
#d:/MKS_Data/Projects/customer-projects/cpj_xxxxxx_xxx_/SW/SW.pj#b=${env['REV_NUMBER']}
 
Has anyone an idea?
