Hi, yep, we successfully run tests on a Jenkins server with the latest version of Windowtester Pro from http://dl.google.com/eclipse/inst/windowtester/beta/3.7.
There can be multiple possible reasons for the "Exception occurred on the SWT UI Thread" error. Please make sure that you're able to start the tests from commandline (or Ant skript, etc) independently from Jenkins first. You might want to post this question with some more information (eg. stack trace) to the Windowtester Pro google group (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/windowtester-pro), as it might not be a Jenkins specific problem.
