Since the parent pom.xml for all of our projects have up-to-date project ownership, I'd like to leverage it for the email notifications of failed builds.
Does anyone have a way to do this? I've just dug through all of the notification plugins and not seen anything that would do it, but of course I'm more than ready to be wrong about it.
