There are several plugins that can do this, three I think. Check this thread.

locks and latches might be deprecated
exclusion might work
throttle might work

Subject: jenkins prevent race conditions between 2 jobs

Hi all,

I have 2 jobs which i want to run on a certain slave and i want to prevent them
from running together.
How can i achieve this?
Can i somehow label them and tell the scheduler that just one of them can run
on a certain slave at a certain time?

Thanks,
David
