The usual way to control this is to assign labels to the nodes
according to their capabilities and use the 'Restrict where this
project can be run' setting in the job configuration page to tie it to
a particular label. That lets you easily add nodes with particular
capabilities to scale as needed without going back and changing all
the jobs.
