Have you tried setting the Jenkins-slave service to "disabled" on the
slave machine?

I'm having the same issue as in this unanswered post:
http://jenkins.361315.n4.nabble.com/automatic-reconnec-after-manual-disconnec-windows-service-slave-td4643215.html
I needed to loan out one of my slaves to a group doing performance testing.
A disabled and disconnected that node for the time being, but it keeps
reconnecting. Eventually I'll get this box back that I'd prefer not to
delete the node from the system and redo its configuration later, but I'm
running out of ideas as to what to do here.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
