I tried with:

<TR><TD align="right"><IMG SRC="${build.HUDSON_HOME}/images/32x32/<%=
build.result.toString() == 'SUCCESS' ? "blue.png" : build.result.toString() ==
'FAILURE' ? 'red.png' : 'yellow.png' %>" />
after moving the "images" folder to $JENKINS_HOME/images/
But in the email, i still dont see the buttons.
originally, it was :
<TABLE>
<TR><TD align="right"><IMG SRC="${rooturl}static/e59dfe28/images/32x32/<%=
build.result.toString() == 'SUCCESS' ? "blue.gif" : build.result.toString() ==
'FAILURE' ? 'red.gif' : 'yellow.gif' %>" />
but those did not work wither.
Any ideas ?
