Hello group, I just updated my Jenkins installation from 1.4.89 to 1.4.510. I'm using cloudbees folder plugin<http://jenkins-enterprise.cloudbees.com/docs/user-guide-bundle/folder.html#>, and a bunch of other plugins.
This update included the fix for Jenkins+Security+Advisory+2013-01-04<https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/SECURITY/Jenkins+Security+Advisory+2013-01-04> . After this update, all my cloudbees folders are missing from the dashboard. :( I ran the re-keying process and received the message "Secrets in your $JENKINS_HOME has been re-keyed successfully."; however, when inspecting the log I find that the content inside cloudbees folders are scanned but not rekeyed.
