To your second issue I have the same error after upgrading at some point but everything still works.

The rest is default git settings for a project (mostly empty). Jenkins runs this procject build on a slave node. This slave node is run with user "build" and that user has access to [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> (its public key is on git.company.com).
