Hi All--

We're having an issue with one of our builds that uses the MSBuild plugin where
the Warnings plugin gives me new warnings with every build, even though they're
not new. We have a groovy query of the REST API that sends an email when
someone lets a new warning by (using Email-EXT) and this is the result that
comes with every build:

Build # 2103 - Successful:

Check console output at http://ci.myserver.com:8080/job/myjob/2103/ to view the
results.

Changes:
<changeList>

WARNINGS
TOTAL: 201
FIXED SINCE LAST BUILD: 150
NEW SINCE LAST BUILD: 150

Every build says that there were 150 new warnings and 150 fixed. These are in
3rd party libraries that we don't modify and have been there for months. It
skews the trends. Is there anything we can do to combat this?

Thanks!
