is "\\qaserver\AcceptTest\Jenkins\Source\" /c /s /y /i /h  a shared
drive? if not, you can add c$, d$, etc depending on the drive letter.

ex: "\\qaserver\c$\AcceptTest\Jenkins\Source\" /c /s /y /i /h
